the noise from the wedding party got outta hand, but the beautiful harbor view at night was totally worth it. the outdoor fire pits were so cozy, and the staff was super friendly, especially the barista making drinks. totally enjoyed the complimentary gift bags!

The lovely decor has a charming coastal vibe that's welcoming, especially for seniors. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop deck, making it so easy to soak in the waterfront beauty without too much walking.

More elevators for easier access would be helpful.

I really enjoyed my time at the Inn At Harbor Shores. The rooms had beautiful harbor views, and the balcony was a relaxing spot to unwind. The outdoor hot tub was open year-round, which was a nice touch after a long day exploring nearby wineries. One evening, I called the front desk for a ride to a local restaurant since there were no Ubers available, and Courtney was incredibly friendly, offering us a lift. The staff's warm greetings made me feel welcome every time I walked in or out of the hotel. The restaurant had a lovely cozy atmosphere with a fireplace, and I truly appreciated the quality of the food at Planks. On the downside, I found the gym equipment a bit dated, and my room did not have coffee-making facilities, which was disappointing. The shower head was subpar and consistently left the bathroom floor wet. Limited privacy on the balconies was also an issue. I could see into the adjacent rooms, which made relaxing outside less enjoyable. Despite these hiccups, I am planning to return in the future due to the overall charm and memorable service.

One of the more frustrating points was the lack of coffee in the room. having to go downstairs and finding the complimentary coffee service shut down early was a letdown. Also, the pool could use some more space. it felt a bit cramped at times, and my partner ended up skipping the swim altogether. Another small inconvenience was walking through the restaurant just to access the back patio, which disrupted the flow a bit.

The location overlooks the harbor and provides a range of amenities, making it feel more like a resort than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable, featuring nice large showers, and the complimentary margarita and s'mores packet at check-in added a nice touch. However, the Sunday brunch was overpriced for what was offered, and the shuttle service didn't fully compensate for the surrounding area lacking charm. Additionally, the upgraded harbor view overlooked a rock quarry, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the pleasant surroundings during my stay. The food at the restaurant was good, and it made for a nice experience even when not just dining for convenience. The outdoor pool area offered a great setting to relax. I appreciated that the staff were professional, especially during special events, as I saw during a wedding happening at the venue. Being from Europe, I found the American style of hospitality interesting.

We recently stayed here for a family getaway with our grandchild, and the location was unbeatable. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where we loved the riverside dining experience. The staff treated us wonderfully, just like during our last visit when we had a delicious dinner.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use better maintenance for families. It would be great if they added more family-friendly activities to keep everyone engaged.

Spacious room, friendly staff, the staff was super nice and provided comfortable amenities like an extra pillow and blanket in the King Room with Harbor View, which also had beautiful water views and free Wi-Fi for easy connectivity.
